We'd love to custom work is our favourite part of this job. Send us a photo, a sketch, or just an idea, and we'll tell you what's possible, what it costs and how long it takes, before you commit to anything. Colour changes on existing designs are usually simple. Custom pieces take a little longer, so please keep your event date in mind.

Trims & laces: sold by length, 1 to 9 yards pick your length in the listing options. Measuring a project? Add 10% extra for corners and joins. Capes: free size, drape beautifully on everyone. Corsets: small to medium, fitting sizes 32–38 please check the measurements in the listing. Appliques: sold as singles, pairs, or bundles. Tassels: always in pairs each listing tells you exactly what's included. Still unsure? Message us your measurements or project details and we'll tell you honestly what will work we'd rather answer one extra question than ship something that doesn't fit right.

Gently! Spot-clean only please, no machine washing. Store flat, away from moisture and direct sunlight. For mirror and beadwork pieces, spray your perfume before you put them on, not after. Cared for kindly, hand embroidery lasts for decades these techniques have survived centuries, so your trim will happily manage a few years in your cupboard.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order leaves our studio carefully wrapped so your trims and jewelry arrive safe and crease-free. Sending a gift? Message us at checkout and we'll add a little extra care to the wrapping no charge, it's our pleasure.

Wholesale availability

Yes we're a registered export firm and we supply boutiques, bridal designers and importers around the world. Bulk pricing is available for 10, 50 and 100+ yard orders, and we have a full sample catalogue ready to send. Message us and we'll take it from there.

When will my order arrive?

We pack and ship from our Delhi studio within 1–2 business days. After that, standard shipping takes around 10–18 days to the US, UK and Europe, and express takes just 4–7 days. You'll see your estimated delivery date at checkout before you pay. Ordering for a wedding or a special event? Pick express, or order at least 4 weeks ahead and message us your date. We prioritise deadline orders every day, happily.

Do you have express shipping?

Yes! Simply choose Express Shipping at checkout no need to message us first. Express parcels reach the US, UK and most of Europe in about 4–7 days. Brides, costume makers, last-minute gifters this one exists for you.

Custom and personalised orders

Here's our promise, plain and simple every order is tracked door-to-door, and if your parcel is ever genuinely lost in transit, we reship it or refund you in full. You will never lose your money with us. If your tracking seems stuck, don't panic international parcels sometimes rest at customs for a few days. Message us and we'll chase it from our end.

Can I return or exchange something?

Ready-made items, yes you have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange, and we refund you once the item is on its way back. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale, since they're made just for you. And if anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we'll sort it out straight away replacement or refund, your choice.
