Little Town Play Mat Sewing Pattern, Kids Play Rug, Felt & Fabric Activity Mat, Customizable Design, City Theme Easy Project

Seller's description

A town-themed felt or fabric play mat sewing pattern featuring roads, houses, trees, and everyday city elements, designed for tabletop play, quiet time activities, and creative storytelling. Perfect for preschool activities, homeschool learning, storytelling, and screen-free play. This educational felt play mat encourages imagination, early learning, and hands-on exploration while children create their own little town adventures. You can create a soft felt mat or use fabric for a more structured and layered result—both options work beautifully.
The finished sample size is approximately 34 × 44 inches (86 × 112 cm).
The sample layout is just one example. You can create your own unique town scene by rearranging, repeating, or omitting the appliqué pieces. The road templates are optional—you can use all of them, selected sections, or leave them out entirely to suit the size and design of your play mat.
