Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the items we offer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process or in the "notes to seller" box on the item page. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

This item is made to order specifically for our customers as soon as an order is placed. Customers have (2) hours to contact us about a color/size change, address change, or order cancellation. After this time-frame we are not able to edit the order in any way!

Do you offer refunds under any circumstance?

All sales final. We does not accept any returns or exchanges. We will only offer refunds if there is an issue with the item. We will not accept refunds for incorrect mailing addresses, wrong sizes, preference for another item, etc. If there is an issue with an item, you must message us with a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving the order.

When my order will be shipped, multiple orders, and shipping times

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise on the checkout page. Separate orders for different addresses. Digital products are available for instant download after purchase. Multiple orders/group order allow for extra time for it to be processed. Please allow some time for carriers to deliver the package. Most packages are delivered within 1 week if it hasn't been delayed due to the carrier or weather. Sometimes the carriers marks the packages as delivered prior they actually deliver them. (Yes, they do!) Some sets such as the shower curtains and mats may arrive separately. If it has been reasonable amount of time that the package marked as delivered and it still hasn't been there, please message me!

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! We love creating custom designs. Please message us with your specific request, and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

May I change the address after checked out?

2 Hour window after purchase. If your packages is already in PRODUCTION - we can't change the address.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us through Etsy messages within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Can I use your digital files for commercial purposes?

Our digital files are for small commercial use only unless stated otherwise.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase during the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides and estimated delivery date. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you in time. We will work our very best to process your order as quickly as possible, but please know we are not able to control shipping. No returns are accepted for shipping delays.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order, we are not able to go back and refund all previous customers the 10% off amount. Thank you for your understanding!
