When Will My Order Ship?

Depending on the type of product you are ordering, the turn around/processing time will vary. Once the item has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking notification from Etsy. If you do not receive an email, you can look through your Etsy Purchase History to find your order & its tracking details (if it has already shipped). If you are ordering for a special occasion, please plan ahead accordingly.

Can I resturn or exchange my item(s)?

Since all of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns. Exchanges are only accepted if item was received damaged or defective. We do not accept items for return or exchange if it has been washed or worn.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are accepted within One hour of the order placement. If an order is already in process or production, we cannot cancel.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Wild Moth & Ink cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
