How do I care for my earrings?

To keep earrings looking like new, please remove before swimming/showering, and do not expose to lotions, perfumes, hairspray, etc. Wipe clean with a soft cloth only.

Do you offer a rush service?

In fairness to all my customers, orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing time is usually 1-3 business days. Please check shop announcement for any changes.

Are items hypoallergenic?

Bangles and chains are stainless steel, which is great for sensitive skin. Earring posts are stainless steel, unless otherwise indicated. Some styles use an enamel coated brass, which protects the ear from the metal, but can irritate sensitive ears if the enamel wears off. Proper care should keep the enamel from wearing.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Orders are shipped USPS First Class at no charge. You are welcome to purchase Priority shipping, which is slightly quicker. Please keep in mind, the postal service frequently experiences delays, particularly during the holiday season, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

The stainless steel chain is finished with gold PVD coating. Physical Vapor Deposition is a vacuum coating process that produces a brilliant decorative and functional finish. PVD coatings are more resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than gold plating.
