American pride in the product. Small business pride. So much better than junk from China. I'm happy to support fellow Americans that produce superior wooden products. Even the weapons that rest upon the rack seem happier being held by an American rack.
The item was nice. Was disappointed in the lack of communication from seller. We ordered for a graduation gift. I contacted seller a couple of time regarding shipping. First time was told by May 6th. 2 weeks after that it still wasn’t shipped. Finally received today. The rack itself looks very nice.

Twice on the shop page, and immediately after an item is purchased an automatic message is sent with details about our shipping policy. If you needed it for a gift, you should have ordered it sooner or reached out before you made the purchase, not two weeks after you bought it to let us know last minute that you needed it sooner. We have a handling time of 2-4 weeks excluding weekends & holidays, we are always transparent with our customers when it comes to our shipping and other policies. We appreciate your business, but we do not appreciate your comment about our "lack of communication" because we never agreed to have your item shipped and delivered by a specific date.
