How do I access my download?

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer if you can’t download via the Etsy APP. How quickly will I receive my downloads after purchase? Your templates should be available to download automatically once your payment is processed. All products are available via instant download. Do I need a Canva Pro account? YES, you NEED TO have to pay for a Canva Pro account. TO DOWLOAD!

Do Dream Creative Pro Hold The Rights to property?

Yes, we own the intellectual property rights to the templates, which are intended for advertising purposes only. Canva is the platform used to create these templates. Please refer to Canva's guidelines regarding the removal of their watermark for Canva Pro users.

How do I download my digital files?

Log in to Etsy, go to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases and Reviews,' locate the order, and click 'Download Files.' Please note: Downloads are not available via the Etsy app. Use a browser instead.

We don’t send links for security reasons. Your download will be available instantly in your Etsy dashboard. Simply click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Purchases and Reviews." You can also find my policy and detailed instructions in my store, as well as guides on Google on how to access downloads from Etsy shops. If you're using an iPhone, the download won’t work since it's a PDF—please use a tablet or desktop instead.
