When is a package considered lost?

Four months from the date of dispatch of the shipment.

When can I open a case for an undelivered parcel?

You can open the case only after the delivery service confirms that the package is missing, or 2 months after the discovery of the loss.

If I want to make a return?

You can return the goods within 14 days after receipt. The item must be returned in the condition in which I sent it and in the original packaging. Refunds are made after the item is returned. Refunds will be issued minus actual shipping costs. If the buyer purchased a framed painting, the refund will be made minus the cost of the frames and the actual shipping cost. If the return is sent outside the European Union, the refund is made minus the shipping cost and customs duties. According to EU law, all parcels entering the EU are subject to customs clearance.

This is not a print, not a poster, not a print. I painted this picture myself. Author - Tatiana Zhurakhovskaya. All my works in the store are original, all paintings are in a single copy. I do not redraw from other pictures, I create everything myself.

I paint in oils, mostly with a palette knife and a large brush, with a thick layer, bold strokes, painterly details and rich colors.

The palette knife gives my drawing a unique combination of contrast, smoothness, depth, texture and impact. The amazing dense texture achieved with the knife reflects light more than conventional brush painting and gives a wonderful feeling of movement with subtle highlights.
