We contacted the buyer to try to resolve the issue. They told us their printer is a Procolored F8, a modified DTF printer built on an Epson chassis. We requested information about the error message displayed on their PC, as the flashing ink and paper lights can indicate that the waste ink pad counters are full, a problem our software resolves. However, it could also be a hardware issue, such as a mechanical failure or a blocked sensor. Since we didn't receive a response, we decided to clarify the situation through this channel. Our software functions correctly for its intended purpose; however, if the printer is experiencing a physical hardware failure, it is beyond the product's capabilities.
