Custom and personalised orders

We ship from 30 countries, which allows us to offer faster delivery times. Most orders will arrive within 7 days, regardless of your location. We strive to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once it ships.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if your item arrives damaged, please send us a message with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund. Ensure to inspect your package and sign it on arrival as damaged so that the couriers are also aware of this.

Custom and personalised orders

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 30 mins of purchase, as we process orders quickly. Refunds are available if the product has not been personalised. For personalised orders, cancellations or refunds are not available once production has begun. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
