​🧵 MATERIALS NEEDED

​Embroidery Machine
​4x4 Hoop or larger
​Vinyl, Faux Leather, or Felt
​Tear-away Stabilizer
​Kam Snaps (size 20) or Rivets
​Keyring hardware (O-rings or Lobster clasps)

​📝 HOW TO USE (BRIEF GUIDE)
​Placement Line: Stitch directly onto stabilizer to show where to place your vinyl.
​Tack Down: Place vinyl over the lines and stitch to secure.
​Detail Stitching: The machine will embroider the cute dog face and details.
​Backing: Remove the hoop (do not unhoop the project), tape a piece of matching vinyl to the back of the hoop to cover the bobbin thread.
​Final Bean Stitch: Stitch the final outline to sandwich everything together.
​Cut & Snap: Remove from hoop, cut around the edge, add your snap/rivet and keyring!

Customer service was excellent. I had trouble opening the zip file.they were very quick to respond. Problem solved. I have only stitched out the Border Collie, and it stitched beautifully .

I'm very disappointed! The item description stated that the file would be in PES and DST formats. I received a PES file, which is useless to me. After contacting the seller, I was sent a DST file, but this one only contains a few lines, as you can see in the picture. I contacted the seller again and want my money back, but nothing has happened. I've never left a negative review on etzy before, but this is unacceptable.
