The shoes are very well-made and of excellent quality, and they look really stylish, too. Unfortunately, the strap is positioned too far forward, so my heel slips out with every step. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this?

Thank you so much for your feedback and kind words about the quality and style of the shoes 🤍 We haven’t had similar complaints before, so it may simply require a slightly tighter fit around the foot. You could try tightening the strap a bit more or adding one extra hole to make the fit more secure. A small heel grip may also help prevent slipping. Unfortunately, moving the strap closer to the ankle is not possible with this model, but we truly hope one of these small adjustments will make them much more comfortable for you 😊
