What type of wood do you use in your furniture? Is the wood truly reclaimed/recycled?

We primarily use solid chestnut wood for most of our rustic furniture pieces. For select items, we incorporate reclaimed and recycled wood to enhance character and sustainability. We use genuine reclaimed wood in many of our products. Not all items contain reclaimed wood - some are crafted from new chestnut with rustic finishing techniques.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely! We love creating custom-sized pieces to fit your specific space requirements. Custom orders are available for nearly all product categories including bathroom vanities, coffee tables, benches, and nightstands. Simply message us with your desired dimensions and we'll work with you to create the perfect piece.

Do you ship internationally? How long does it take to ship?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Our reclaimed wood pieces have been successfully delivered to customers throughout North America and Europe. International shipping costs vary based on dimensions, weight, and destination, but we cover all shipping fees. Please note that any import duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.

What finish do you use on your products?

Most of our products are colored with a thinner-based staining method. Especially for bathroom vanities, products are coated with natural oil for water resistance. This creates a durable protective layer while enhancing the natural wood grain. We can customize the color you want upon request.

How should I care for and maintain my rustic furniture?

To maintain your rustic wood furniture: dust regularly with a soft cloth, clean with mild soap and water when needed (avoid harsh chemicals), wipe up spills promptly, use coasters under drinks, and keep away from direct sunlight and heating vents when possible.

Are there variations in color/grain of the wood?

Yes, natural variations in wood grain, knots, and color are part of what makes each piece unique and truly rustic. While we maintain consistency in overall appearance, no two pieces will be identical. These variations are not defects but rather the beautiful characteristics that give rustic furniture its authentic charm.

How do I assemble my products?

Assembly is usually simple with basic tools. Larger items like bathroom sinks may require more assembly. If you have any concerns about assembly, please contact us before purchasing. We can send you a video of how to assemble the product before it is shipped to you. If you have any difficulty with assembly, you can get help from your local craftsman.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are produced according to your desired measurements, we do not accept exchanges or returns according to Etsy policies. Products are submitted for approval via Etsy message before being sent to you. After you approve, we ship.

Can I request a specific stain color?

Absolutely! You can send us your photos for the color you want. We can color with the stain method. We can try to get the color you want with our own color mixing methods. However, we would like you to know that since our products are obtained from completely natural trees, we can make the colors 80% similar to your reference photos.

How durable is the furniture?

Our rustic furniture features solid wood construction and traditional carpentry techniques designed for longevity. Every piece incorporates proper bracing and support structures to ensure excellent stability and strength. While our pieces are crafted in Mediterranean climate conditions, please note that extreme environmental differences (particularly very dry or humid climates) may cause natural wood movement like slight cracking - a normal characteristic of authentic wood furniture. Beyond these natural wood properties, we stand behind the structural durability of our reclaimed wood pieces for years of enjoyment.
