How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are dispatched via royal mail on a 2nd class service. An upgrade to 1st class is also available. Royal mail recommends 2-3 business days for delivery but parcels can take longer, especially in peak times.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All items are sent via royal mail, with an upgrade to tracked available. Royal Mail give a guide of 10 business days for delivery, but this is privy to change.

Can I request custom text or designs on my item?

Absolutely! Each piece is made to order, and I’m happy to personalise with names, messages, or designs. Just include your details in the personalization box or message me before purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are personalised, I can’t accept returns unless there’s a mistake on my part. If there’s an issue, please message me straight away and I’ll make it right.
