This item arrived in great quality and with great care taken to make sure it was not damaged in transport. Even if it had gotten damaged there were extra shells included in the packaging with instructions on how to best fix it. It even included a hand written thank you note where there were instructions on how to take care of the shells in the future. The seller even remembered it was for my girlfriend’s birthday which shows how much she cares about the products she is making. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely order from this seller again.
