--How to Order:
1. Select the bag color and size from the drop-down menu
2. Select the ribbon from the drop-down menu
3. Provide your customization details:
· Name (Max 12 characters per line, up to two lines, case-sensitive)
· Font (Default: D1)
· Font Color (Default: Font color matches the bag color but is not identical,white bag = black)
4.Free card: the name defaults to the same as the tote bag, and the card text is fixed

**D7 and D13 are available in uppercase letters only.
**D15,D16,D17 and D18 can only have three letters, while D19 can only have one letter.
**D20 require 2 colors,example:Light blue on top, dark blue on the bottom
**The letter charm defaults to the first letter of your custom text. If you need a different letter, please specify it in the customization box (e.g., “Letter A”)
**The color of each letter on the letter scarf is fixed; for example, the scarf with the letter A is red, and the scarf with the letter B is green.

--The tote bag lining and ribbon are made of polyester.
--Care instructions:
Hand wash with a damp cloth, then hang to dry
