Our clothing items (i.e. shirts, sweaters, and hoodies) are made to order, so we consider these custom items. Please be sure to review the sizing chart as they are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges.

We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information so one of our customer service superstars can quickly assist you! - Order Number - Event Date - Image of problem - 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is. Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end. If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding.
