What happens if my plushie needs to see the doctor? (repairs or maintenance)

The doctor is in! I will happily fix your forever friend and get them into the condition they need to have a long and happy life as your companion! When you adopt a plushie, there will be a lifetime warranty to keep your friend in its best shape! All I ask is that you pay the shipping fee to be seen each time it needs the doctor!

What happens if my plushies come in damaged or out of shape?

Please reach out to me! I will be able to give you tips to reshape your best friend! This is more commonly seen with the keychains due to shipping procedures. They go on long journeys to get to their forever homes! If plushies are damaged or defective, I will be willing to replace them within the 14 day return and exchange policy!

All plushies and wearables should be hand washed only with cold or lukewarm water! No hot water! Spot treat the affected areas as necessary and allow to air dry! This will help preserve the yarn fibers and stuffing!
