Care instructions:
Please handle with care. Do not drop. Excessive knocking or banging onto hard surfaces may cause resin or acrylic to break/ crack etc... please be mindful of that. Excessive exposure to sunlight may cause damage to the UV resin coat overtop of the badge reel. Excessive cleaning with alcohol wipes can cause the shine to go away. Use warm water and soap for sanitary cleanings.

I do strive for perfection but as with any handmade items there may some imperfections such as bubbles or stray glitter colors etc...

**I do not accept returns or exchanges as these are custom orders. If you have any problems or defects with your order please feel free to reach out to me within 3 weeks once it has been delivered. I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Anything more can cause drooping of the retractable reel and lead to damage. I am not responsible for broken reels if used improperly. If you need a heavy duty reel meant to hold more please purchase the heavy duty belt clip or the topper only option. Then you can attach it to the reel that works for you. Thank you!
