👉All photographs are taken by me outdoors and/or indoors. Some listings describe the light conditions. Colours and tones may be more vibrant or subdued when you receive the item. Factors to always consider are lighting conditions when I take photos, your monitor settings and lighting in which you view the received item. Some items have light refraction/reflection. Some photos have a creative / artistic background.

👉 When copper comes in contact with human skin it may interact with air, sweat, water and chemicals. The oxidation (patina) process will occur with copper and can cause the copper to change colour and may stain the skin. The reaction varies according to an individual's body chemistry, both in how long it takes for the changes in colour to form and how pronounced the colour becomes. Some people experience no skin discolouration. The skin discolouration is not harmful and is easily washed off. My patina and bright copper finished items will change colour over time. Jewellery storage, handling, and frequency of use all have an impact. Both bright copper and items can be carefully polished for a brighter look.

👉 Custom and bespoke orders

I'm not accepting custom or bespoke orders on Etsy in 2025. When someone asks me to electroplate a cherished item, a cat claw, baby shoe, graveside leaf and the more unusual, such as teeth, and other precious items, I work closely with the customer at every stage. Many factors contribute to the cost and managing customer expectations.

☸ Eco-friendly packaging, packing materials and jewellery boxes

👉 I aim to use recycled, upcycled and minimal packaging and packing materials. Your purchase will always be protected in transit. I may use my existing stock of plastic jewellery boxes. When my gifting service is chosen, high-quality jewellery boxes may be used. My current stock of high-quality boxes is not certified as upcycled or recycled. If you have questions or requirements please message me before ordering or at the time of ordering. placement.

☸ Hypoallergenic jewellery and Hallmarking

👉My jewellery complies with EEA Nickel Regulations & Directives. All my jewellery is made with metals in their purest form and are hypoallergenic. Third-party supplied metal chains I purchase on assurance of compliance with directives. My work has been discussed with the Sheffield Assay Office, it is not hallmarked and is in compliance with the UK Hallmarking Act (1973).

☸ Order processing and dispatch time

👉 I aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours from the time you placed your order (and payment received) within the order processing time range shown to you on Etsy. My order processing times are adjusted throughout the year.

☸ Terms used in vintage & antique glassware and pottery

👉 Mint: Perfect condition, as new, with no flaws whatsoever. Excellent: Very good condition with minimal signs of wear, possibly some minor imperfections that are barely noticeable. Very Good: Shows some signs of use or wear, but no major damage. Might have minor scratches, light crazing, or slight fading of colours. Good: Has noticeable wear and tear consistent with age and use. May have some small chips, minor cracks, or visible crazing.

USA Customers - US tariffs for UK imports

👉 As of the 29th of August 2025 UK shipments to the US now have tariffs. The UK Royal Mail provides a Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service for shipping to the US. A PDDP service allows me to pay these duties and taxes at the time of postage, ensuring the US customer does not have to pay additional fees upon delivery.
