As a guest - The file will be sent to your email. Please ensure your Etsy email is correct! (Do not log in with Apple ID) 3. Via your Etsy account - Log in to Etsy, go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews, find your order, and click Download Files.

How can I print my artwork?

You have a few great options for printing: 1. Print at home - This works best if you have a high-quality printer and thick paper. If your printer isn’t professional-grade, the print quality may be lower or appear pixelated. 2. Use an online printing service. 3. Go local - Visit a nearby print shop.

Which file should I use for printing?

Each file is designed for a specific size ratio. Please check the product description to find the list of included ratios and choose the one that matches your desired print size.

Can I cancel or refund my order?
