PRINTS WASH: To ensure the longevity of your printed item, please follow these washing instructions: 1. Turn the item inside out before washing to protect the printed design. 2. Use cool water wash. 3. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach: may affect the colors and fabric. 4. It is recommended to wash the item with similar colors to prevent any potential color bleeding. 5. Opt for a gentle or delicate cycle. 6. Avoid using a dryer if possible. Air drying is preferred. By following these washing instructions, you can ensure that your printed item stays vibrant.

Custom and personalized orders

If you would like to customize add a name to an item, please ask. Note: there is a design fee paid in advance added to your order depending on the time it takes to design your request. We will send you a message about this. ?-What if I do not respond to my photo proof on a custom order? If we do not get approval within 7 days, we process your order and ship it to you. We can not hold up orders after 7 days, including weekends.

Gift wrapping and packaging

This is not possible because your items are shipped to you from a production partner. Sorry.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we would love to sell wholesale orders as gifts from Business to Business or to retail shops for bulk wholesale orders, if you have a physical shop. For business gifts, we can add your logo or customize the product.

RUSH ORDERS/ LATE ORDERS

We can not rush orders to you since we use production partners to produce and ship to you on their schedule. LATE ORDERS: Sometimes there are delays in transit times across our shipping carriers, which may increase during holiday seasons. We can not guarantee a shipment will arrive by a certain date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definately get your order, but we can not guarantee the time. We can not refund or cancel orders if they are late.If your order is late, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We do not control the shipping. NO returns are accepted for late orders. Please understand.

What if my package is delayed, lost or stolen?

MariaKarki shop is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen- all circumstances which are beyond our control.Once we hand over your item to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a detailed theft report with your local police department. We suggest you order in plenty of time to received your items.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

YES. IF the printed product is damaged by the print provider, in the printing process, they will refund or replace the product, IF you send us a photo within 24 hours. This has only happened twice, the printer was great about giving a refund or a replacement.

What if my item is returned to the manufacturer after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to manufacturer for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipment. We have paid your first shipping fee as free, as no charge to you.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
