This item was supposed to be a customization of this patchwork style. I ordered three to gift as Mother’s Day gifts and instead of receiving a custom file it literally just says “custom” I have reached out to the seller multiple times and they have not resolved the issue or even responded.

I ordered 5 custom png files, only recieved two and thats after i had to file a claim to refund because of not getting my item.... have reached out to the business multiple times now to recieve the rest of my order with no response. I rarely have bad experiences on here and I purchase on here daily... but i DO NOT RECCOMEND BUYING CUSTOM PNG FILES FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WONT RECIEVE THEM! :(

I ordered this custom 2/23 and it took me asking multiples times when it would be sent to actually receive the file on 3/20. Almost an entire month for a custom. No apology either.
