All our items are handcrafted from natural marble, which means that slight variations in size may occur. While we carefully measure each piece before shipping, please allow for a tolerance of approximately ±5-10 mm. These small differences are a natural result of handcrafting and are generally not noticeable to the eye or in daily use. Each sink, tile, or accessory is finished with attention to balance and proportion, ensuring it will look and function as intended. Because these variations are part of the handmade process, they are not considered defects and cannot be a reason for return. If you need a very specific dimension for installation, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise you on the best option.

How should I clean my marble product? Use only mild soap, a soft cloth, and warm water. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners (like vinegar, lemon, bleach, or scouring pads) as they may damage the stone’s surface. Do I need to seal the marble? Marble is a natural stone and may absorb liquids. For long-lasting protection, we recommend applying a proper stone sealer once or twice a year, especially for sinks or surfaces exposed to water. Can I choose a different type of stone or color? Yes. Each product can be crafted from different types of natural marble. Will the color be exactly the same as in the photos? Since marble is a natural stone, every piece is unique. Veining and shades may vary, which is part of its beauty and authenticity. We always provide photos of available selections upon request. Can you match the stone with my existing design? We can suggest the closest options based on your project needs. Please contact us with reference images or requirements before ordering.

Do you offer different surface finishes? Yes. Our marble products can be finished in various ways depending on your preference and the product type. Common finishes include: Polished – Shiny, reflective surface for a luxurious look. Honed – Smooth, matte surface with a soft touch. Production Time & Process

How long does production take? For items not in stock, the stone selection process takes approximately 4–7 days. Average production time is 10–12 days, depending on the product type and details. Shipping usually requires 3–7 days on average, depending on your location. Are these times exact? These are average timelines. For custom or highly personalized orders, additional time may be required. In such cases, we will inform you with an updated delivery schedule before production starts.
