Return & exchange Policy

1.Items are eligible for return or exchange only if returned in their original, brand-new, and resalable condition. Please be advised that prescription lens services and any frames customized with these lenses are strictly non-refundable and excluded from our exchange policy. 2.Buyer must return items within 7 days of delivery. 3.Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. 4.Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

Prescription lenses crafting & fitting service

Our frames are not designed for DIY installation of your old lenses but you can order our lenses crafting & fitting service. How to order prescription lenses? Please follow these 3 steps: 1.Add to Cart: Add your chosen frame AND our "Lens Crafting Listing" (you can easily find it in our main page) to your cart together. 2.Checkout: Complete your purchase in one single transaction. 3.Send Prescription: Send us a clear photo or digital copy of your latest eye prescription via Etsy Messages. Please ensure it includes your Pupillary Distance (PD). Once we receive both your order and your prescription details, our lab will begin crafting your custom eyewear immediately.

Address accuracy & delivery policy

1.Customer responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including house/apartment numbers and a valid phone number for courier contact. 2.Incomplete information: We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or "Return to Sender" (RTS) events caused by missing or incorrect information provided at checkout. 3.Reshipment protocol: In the event of an undeliverable package, we do not offer immediate refunds or free replacements. We must wait for the parcel to be processed and returned to our regional warehouse (typically 20 business days). 4.Reshipping fees: Once the item is back in stock, we can arrange a reshipment.
