We strongly recommend relying not only on your usual size (for example, EU 40.5 or US 9), but also on the actual length of your foot in centimeters or inches. This method is the most accurate, as sizing charts may vary between brands and shoe styles. 👉 For every product, we provide a detailed size chart showing the exact foot length for each size in both centimeters and inches. You can find it in the product photos as well as in the item description.

How to measure your foot correctly?

1. Stand upright and place your foot on a sheet of paper. 2. Trace the outline of your foot. 3. Measure the distance from the tip of the longest toe to the back of the heel. 4. Repeat the process for both feet, as one foot is often slightly longer than the other. 5. Send us your measurements in cm or inches, and we will gladly help you select the best size.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. At the moment, we do not offer customization options. However, we are working on expanding this feature in the future.

What is NOT considered a defect?

The following are not considered defects: - Minor traces of glue in bonding areas - Unfinished edges on the tongue or inner parts - Small imperfections not visible while wearing - A slight gap in the welt connection area These details do not affect comfort, durability, or performance.

What IS considered a defect?

Defects include: - Through damage or holes - Cracks or material separation - Deformed or damaged stitching - Poor sole attachment - Incorrect heel installation - Cuts in the leather - Insufficiently glued lining

How should I care for my shoes before and during use?

Before wearing your shoes for the first time, we recommend applying a leather care cream or a water-repellent spray. This helps protect the material from moisture, stains, and salt marks while preserving its appearance. When putting shoes on, always loosen the laces or fasteners and use a shoehorn to avoid damaging the heel or deforming the back seam. Never remove shoes by stepping on the heel — this can permanently distort their shape and structure. Regular care and proper handling will significantly extend the life of your footwear.
