The worst Etsy experience of my life. Please don't buy from them! The quality of the jewelry is like low-budget costume jewelry. I wanted to give my mother an emotional gift after my father's death. Even though I already paid €22 for shipping (despite them having a second location in Turkey), the necklace cost almost €30 more in customs import fees. On top of that, despite my mother's best efforts, the necklace turned black after just one week. I contacted the shop and requested a full refund. They refused and want me to return the necklace. I replied that I didn't want to send my father's ashes, contained in the necklace, halfway around the world again. I still haven't received a response! Absolutely horrific.
