🎨 COLOR OPTIONS

➼ The standard black color option is TEXTURE BLACK.

➼ RAW STEEL EXCEPTION: The Raw Steel option is NOT powder-coated and is perfect for customers who plan to paint or finish the metal themselves. Due to the lack of coating, it is recommended for INDOOR USE ONLY, as it will naturally rust if exposed to moisture.

➼ For the full range of colors (including specialty shades like Purple, Lilac, and Shiny Black), VIEW PHOTO #3.

➼ To order a specialty color, select 'OTHER COLOR' from the menu and write the exact color name in the personalization field.

🌎 SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

➼ US Continental Orders: "CONTINENTAL USA ONLY" pieces ship via FedEx ground from Louisiana. All "WORLDWIDE" pieces ship via FedEx/DHL Express from Turkey.

➼ Customs Fees: For US orders, the price paid at checkout is the final cost. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are handled by us (DDP service). There will be no surprise charges upon delivery.

➼ Canada & Worldwide: Orders may incur standard local import fees depending upon your specific province or country.

🔨 MOUNTING DETAILS

➼ **DEFAULT METHOD:** The mounting default depends on the size:
* **USA (48 States) ONLY (18 Gauge):** Default is always **Pre-drilled Mounting Holes** as space and design allows.
* **WORLDWIDE (14 Gauge):** Default is **Artist's Choice** (Sawtooth Hanger or Mounting Holes) for optimal display.

➼ Optional Requests: All pieces ship with the default **UNLESS** you request SAWTOOTH HANGER or NO HOLES in the personalization field.

➼ Included Hardware: The only included hardware is the matching powder-coated screws provided when the SAWTOOTH HANGER is supplied.

➼ Physical Limitation: For small (12"-18") pieces, the Sawtooth Hanger may be impossible if the metal lines are too thin. Please see included Photo for all mounting details.
