Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love our art. Every piece is made to order just for you, so we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after receiving the item, provide the wrong address, or notice slight color differences (monitors display colors differently). To report a problem with your order, contact us via Etsy within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost. In any case, if your order didn’t meet expectations, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns not caused by us.

We understand plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet started. All our prints are made to order, so once your order enters production, we can’t cancel it, even if it’s still within the 24-hour window. If you’d like to cancel, please message us on Etsy as soon as possible with your order number so we can help you quickly.

Production & fulfilment: We work with a global network of professional print labs. By fulfilling orders from the location closest to you, we ensure faster delivery and no unexpected customs fees or import taxes. Processing time: Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times: - United States, Canada, Europe, UK & Australia: 2–4 business days after shipping - Rest of the world: 5–10 business days after shipping Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as Black Friday or Christmas. Tracking & insurance: All orders include tracking information and insurance, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
