Returns & Cancellations
• If your wallpaper arrives damaged during shipping, please photograph the affected area as soon as the package is opened and contact us immediately. We will reproduce and ship the damaged parts at no extra cost.
• If damage occurs during installation, we can still help. We store production data for each wallpaper order for up to six months. If you send us the panel number of the damaged section, we will produce and ship a replacement panel free of charge.
• As each wallpaper is custom-made based on your order details, we are unable to accept returns. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Application Guidelines
• Measure your wall accurately before placing an order.
• Do not apply wallpaper on freshly painted walls. Wait at least 15 days after painting.
• Peel and stick wallpapers do not adhere well to humid or damp surfaces.
• Product images are for visual reference only. Color may slightly differ due to screen settings and digital printing variables.
• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, or silicone for proper adhesion.
• Non-woven wallpapers require water-based adhesive. For proper installation, the wall must be absorbent.
• Once applied, the wallpaper cannot be reused. Small adjustments can be made during installation, but once it is fully set, the wallpaper is fixed in place.
