REFUNDS ON DAMAGED ITEM:

Tracking and insurance are provided with shipping. Every single order is packed carefully to ensure perfect delivery, however, in the unfortunate case that the order will be delivered with damaged contents please contact me as soon as possible. I will strive to work promptly with the buyer. Pictures of the damaged item and the packaging are required in order to file a claim. The customer is required to bring the damaged item to the shipping company specified for inspection as required by the claim and if needed. Please note that a replacement or a refund cannot be issued if the customer fails to bring the damaged item to the shipping carrier for eventual inspection. All refunds are processed and sent once the claim is completed.
