This hardy indoor plant forms clumps of wide mottled green leaves, making it a dramatic yet low-maintenance statement for homes and offices.

❌ WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE — VERY IMPORTANT
**Weather-related damage (cold OR heat) is NOT refundable under any circumstance — with or without a heat pack.**

Live plants are sensitive to temperature extremes during transit.

• If temperatures are expected to be **below 45°F**, a **72-hour heat pack** may be added for **limited cold assistance only**.
• If temperatures are expected to be **above 90°F**, the **safest option is to delay shipping** until conditions improve.

⚠️ We strongly recommend delaying orders if temperatures are below **45°F** or above **90°F**.

Heat packs provide limited assistance during transit only.
They **DO NOT** prevent damage caused by:
• carrier delays
• extended storage or pickup locations
• border depots
• late pickup
• post-delivery exposure

📸 DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) CLAIMS — 24 HOURS
If your plant arrives damaged beyond recovery, you must:
1) Contact us within **24 hours of delivery**
2) Provide clear photos of:
• the **entire plant**
• the **wooden support**
• the **original packaging**
3) Photos must be taken **BEFORE removing or altering anything**

⚠️ The plant must remain attached to the wooden support while a DOA or return request is under review.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without required photos cannot be accepted.

🪵 PACKAGING & NORMAL SHIPPING WEAR
Every plant is shipped using:
• Custom handmade wooden support
• Spacious protective boxes
• Secure wrapping

Minor cosmetic wear such as soil shift, bent tips, or a yellow leaf is normal with live plant shipping and is **not refundable**.

🔄 RETURNS (APPROVAL REQUIRED)
Returns must be **approved before sending anything back**.

Approved returns are accepted only if:
• The plant is in **original condition**
• The plant is in **original packaging**
• The plant remains attached to the **wooden support**

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the plant qualifies as DOA.
Refunds are issued **after inspection** once the plant is returned.

Flowers are not guaranteed.
Bloom loss during transit is normal and **not considered damage**.

Love love love this plant looks like the picture and huge way bigger than expected it was packaged good with plant being between 2 wooden stakes to help it not bounce around in shipment I love snake plants have 8 other varieties including the beautiful Sayuri this Jaboa is beautiful also very pleased and happy with this order!!
