Having specifically asked for a bangle without dents / cracks and being told they were sending me one like that, yep, you've guessed it, it arrived with dents and cracks. When I messaged with them they were rude. This was for a gift and I had to buy another gift from elsewhere. After Etsy intervened and secured a refund, I wore it a few times myself but the cracks that I was assured wouldn't be on the bangle broke it into four pieces. Will not be buying anything else from this company.
