We may ask for the plant to be packaged and shipped back to us the way it came. ‣ For both seller and buyer protection, it is mandatory to have an unboxing pictures sent to me within 24 HOURS of delivery time stamp in order to properly address any issues. We need photo proof. No photo, no replacement or refund. These can ONLY BE SENT via Etsy Messages. ‣ Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund will NOT include shipping, as this is a separate cost.

The buyer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages. I am not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep/porch or parcel locker that were delivered by the carrier.

‣ If you live in a cold area of the country and you need a heat pack shipped with your plant they can be ordered separately in our store for $2.98 (72 hours) which covers Priority Mail time 2-3 days. ‣ The buyer is responsible to be aware of their temperatures during shipping. If the temps are below 45 we recommend a heat pack as packages can sit in cold warehouses of the shipping carrier which is out of our control. ‣ Again we can not be held responsible to cold damage of your plant as we do not have any control over the care of the box once it leaves our hands.

📦 Shipping & Lost Package Policy – Please Read Before Ordering We ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance (up to $100). USPS is responsible for transit times and tracking updates. Tracking may remain on “Acceptance Pending” until your package reaches a distribution center. This is normal and does not mean it hasn’t shipped. USPS does not consider Priority Mail lost until 15 days after shipment. If there’s no update or delivery by then, we will: Open a Missing Mail search. File an insurance claim if needed. "Ivory Prince" Helleborus (Helleborus 'Ivory Prince') – An exceptional, long-blooming evergreen perennial that provides year-round interest in the shade garden. It features handsome, glossy, blue-green foliage on sturdy, burgundy stems. In late winter to mid-spring, deep burgundy-pink buds open into striking, outward-facing, ivory-white, cup-shaped flowers that are heavily streaked with green and flush with pink as they mature. This vigorous, low-maintenance plant is deer-resistant and makes an elegant ground cover or focal point in woodland borders and containers.

Zone: Perennial in USDA Zones 4–9.

Simple Care Instructions:

Light: Prefers part shade to full shade (dappled light) to maintain the best foliage color and flower longevity. Avoid hot, direct afternoon sun.
Water: Moderate; provide evenly moist, well-drained soil. Water deeply during the first growing season to establish an extensive root system, then reduce frequency; it tolerates dry spells once established.
Soil: Thrives in organically rich, moist, well-draining soil with a neutral to slightly alkaline pH. Amend soil with compost as needed.
Maintenance: Low maintenance. In late winter or early spring, just as new growth emerges, you can shear back any old or damaged foliage at the base to make way for the new blooms and leaves. Protect the roots with a thick layer of mulch
