Vintage early 50s “New Look" Hattie Carneige 2-piece suit (jacket and skirt) in a beautiful green tone with figure 8 pockets, nipped waist and folded cuffs. She's a stunner! Small size and a few flaws, but there's NOTHING exactly like her. A collector's dream; read on!

Material: No material tags, but it feels like a wool gabardine. Jacket is lined in a beautiful peacock blue matte silk crepe, skirt is unlined.

Closures: Jacket has 5 marbled green buttons down center. 4 figure eight pockets with buttons. Top pockets are ornamental, bottom pockets are functioning. Skirt has a side zip with a metal zipper with 2 interior eye hooks.

Style: Jacket has large, round and stiff shoulder pads, a nipped waist and folded cuff sleeves with points. Pencil skirt.
