1. PERSONAL USE LICENSE
✅ Allowed: 
• Print and use the files for your own personal projects. 
• Include the designs in creative works such as journals, scrapbooks, collages, and mixed media art for commercial purposes up to 100 pcs.

🚫 Not Allowed: 
• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the digital files. 
• Using the designs commercially beyond the allowed limits.

2. LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (Up to 100 Items)
✅ Allowed:
 • Create and sell up to 100 finished items, as part of an original, transformed product.
 • Designs must be meaningfully incorporated into the final product, not simply printed on a sheet or A4 page and sold as-is.

Please note: While you may use the artwork to create and sell finished physical items such as journals or art pieces, YOU MAY NOT USE IT to produce craft supplies (e.g. washi tapes, sticker sheets, collage sheets or similar materials intended for other crafters). This restriction is in place to protect the market value and uniqueness of each design

🚫 Not Allowed:
 • Selling or sharing the digital files themselves, in whole or in part.

3. EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Extended commercial licensing (over 100 items) is no longer offered. Previously issued extended licenses remain valid under the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

• You CANNOT include them in digital kits, clipart collections, or templates.
• You CANNOT sublicense, transfer, or allow others to use your purchased files. 
• Digital resale is strictly prohibited, except as part of significantly altered collage art that is not extractable. 
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. 
• Ameria Design Studio products may not be sold on mass-market platforms such as Amazon, Wish, or Aliexpress etc.
