Orders must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.

Please note that my shipping timeline does not match Etsy’s automated estimates.
So please don’t worry if your shipping date shows months out — that’s not accurate.
This is why I always ask for your event date!

Your cookies will ship a few days before your event via UPS 1–2 Day Air Mail.

✨ Designs may vary slightly, as each cookie is hand-decorated.
If ordering fewer than 2 dozen, not all designs may be included.

🎨 Customizations

Please complete the personalization section above and message me with inspiration photos or specific color preferences. I’ll use these to create cookies tailored perfectly to your event!

Please note: colors may vary slightly due to baking processes and screen settings.

📦 Packaging & Shipping

Each cookie is individually packaged in a clear, heat-sealed cello bag for freshness.

Cookies are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to minimize breakage during transit.

Size: approximately 3–4 inches (depending on the cutter used).

While I take every precaution to protect your cookies, I cannot offer refunds for breakage, minor color variations, or taste preferences.

🍪 Cookie Care

Your cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks if kept sealed in their bags.
Do not refrigerate.

For longer storage:

Keep cookies in their sealed bags and place them in an airtight container.

Freeze for up to 3 months.

When ready to enjoy, remove the container from the freezer and allow it to reach room temperature (about 3 hours).

Do not open the container until it has fully reached room temperature — opening too soon may cause condensation and damage the designs.

All cookies are custom-made and require time to bake, decorate, and package.

For rush orders (needed in less than 2 weeks), please message me first to confirm availability.
