How do I access/download my files?

You can access your files immediately after purchase. However, please note that you cannot download files via the Etsy Mobile App. 1- Open your mobile browser (Safari/Chrome) or use a computer. 2- Go to Etsy.com and log in. 3- Click on "Your Account" (top right) > "Purchases and Reviews". 4- Click "Download Files" next to your order. If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email sent to you after purchase.

Can I edit the text or colors?

Yes! Most of our listings include an editable Canva Template link. You can change text, fonts, colors, and add your own logo using a free Canva account. Note on HTML Forms: The interactive HTML forms (fillable versions) are designed to be filled out, but the code structure itself is not editable by the user. For customization, please use the Canva link provided to create your own PDF version.

What is the "Fillable HTML" form & how do I use it?

The Fillable HTML form is a modern, interactive tool that works directly in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.). You do not need Adobe Acrobat Pro or any paid software. 1. Download the file ending in .html. 2. Double-click to open it (it opens like a webpage). 3. Fill in the information. 4. Use the "Print" or "Save as PDF" button within the browser to save the filled document. It's perfect for emailing to clients or filling out during sessions on a tablet/laptop!

Can I send these forms to my clients/students?

Absolutely. These resources are designed for Professional Use. You are welcome to print them for your students or email the digital forms to your therapy clients for their personal use. The license is for your individual practice/classroom only.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the files are downloaded, they cannot be "returned." However, your satisfaction is my priority!
