How do I download my files?

After purchase, go to Etsy → Your account → Purchases & Reviews → Download files. If the file is in a ZIP folder, download and unzip it to access the PNG(s). Note: Downloads work best on a computer. The Etsy app may not show “Download files” in some cases.

I checked out as a guest — where is my download?

Etsy sends a download link to the email used at checkout. Please check spam/promotions. If you still can’t find it, message me and I’ll help.

What file type will I receive?

You will receive PNG file(s) (high-resolution). Each listing shows the exact details (size, format, and what’s included).

Do you offer SVG / EPS / DXF?

Most listings are PNG and Pdf only. If you need SVG (or another format), message me before buying and I’ll tell you if it’s possible.

Can you customize a design (name/date/text)?

Yes! I can personalize many designs (names, dates, short text). Send your customization details in Etsy Messages. Custom work may have an extra fee depending on the request.

I’m having trouble opening the file

If your download is a ZIP file, you must unzip/extract it first. If the file still won’t open or looks corrupted, message me with a screenshot and I will resend a working file.

Will the colors look exactly the same when printed?

Screen colors can vary from printer to printer and between monitors. I recommend printing a small test first to confirm color and sizing.
