Orders are prepared and shipped within THREE business days, but we will do our best to ship them as soon as possible, a tracking number will be added to Your order and tracking information will be available on Etsy and online. Everything is shipped with First Class A Priority International shipping to be sure You receive the item as soon as possible in perfect condition.

Depending on product selection we will use thick cardboard envelopes (to avoid rolling smaller photos), thick cardboard shipping tubes or cardboard boxes for framed prints, our main priority is that You receive the product undamaged and are satisfied, so You can be sure that your product will be carefully packaged and you will receive it in perfect condition.

⏎ RETURNS
We are sure You will be satisfied with the product, but in any case, we accept returns, as long as the return shipment is in original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, the cost of the return shipping is not refunded.
In the rare case the package is damaged by shipping, just refuse as damaged, or document it immediatly, contact me and I will, depending on availability, arrange a reshipment or refund You order total. All shipments are insured.
