Can I choose the exact beads in my grab bag/mix?

Grab bags and mixes are intentionally assorted, so individual beads cannot be selected unless the listing specifically says otherwise.

Will my mix look exactly like the photos?

Photos are examples of the colors, styles, and overall assortment you can expect. Because mixes are randomly assorted, every pack will be a little different!

Do you accept custom requests?

I'm happy to consider simple requests when possible! Please message me before ordering. Availability varies, and I can't guarantee requests unless we've discussed them beforehand.

When will my order ship? Do you combine shipping?

I ship orders Monday-Friday, with 95% of them shipping the same/next business day. Orders placed on Thursdays after 2pm EST will ship the following Monday (unless it is a holiday). Orders are packed and shipped within my processing time shown on Etsy. Estimated delivery dates are provided by Etsy and are not guaranteed delivery dates. If you place two separate orders that can be shipped together, please message me! I'm happy to pack them together whenever possible and refund any shipping overage.

Can you change my shipping address after I order?

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out! Once an order has been shipped, I'm unable to change or redirect the delivery address without canceling and requesting that you resubmit it.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package. What do I do?

Send me a message! Also, please first check around your delivery area and with household members or neighbors. USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact your local post office with the tracking number for help locating it.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted according to the item's return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk quantities?

Larger quantities may be available for some items! Send me a message with the item and quantity you're interested in and I’ll be happy to check my inventory. I may also be able to help source and import beads on your behalf.
