Custom and personalised orders

All of our products are fully customisable for any event with your chosen text. Please make a note in the personalisation box what you would like on your selected product and we will make it to your specifications.

Shipping and delivery

All of our orders are posted out free 2nd class post using Royal Mail, Evri and DPD unless upgraded by yourself. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If you have not received it after 10 working days, please get in touch.

As all of our orders are custom made specifically for your event. Therefore, no refunds or returns will be made once an order is placed or posted out. Replacements will be the only form of compensation for damaged/lost/wrongly made products. Please note that if an order arrives damaged, you need to notify us within 72 hours of receiving it or else a replacement will NOT be sent out after this timeframe. I do not offer cancellations or refunds for digital orders.

Once an order is placed it will need be to be cancelled within 24 hours as work would have commenced and a refund will no longer be possible.

If you place an order close to your event (within 10 working days), please send me a message to ensure it will get to you and upgrade the shipping at the checkout. Orders will not be refunded if it does not arrive to you for when you need it, if you have not allowed enough time (10 working days) to get to you or you did not upgrade the shipping. Please note, Etsy's estimated time frame does not align with Royal Mail's timeline and therefore, it is not completely accurate.

All digital order are designed by our team and will be emailed to you using the email address on your order. If you need anything adding or changing please reply to the email with the changes. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for digital orders.

- Please email your artwork/design over to sales [!at] simplyoccasions.uk (JPEG or PDF format) or email the link to your Canva/Corjl design.
Please quote your order number when emailing over any artwork.

If you would like a custom design making please send us a message on Etsy prior to ordering so a quote can be provided.
