Custom and personalized orders

Clothing items: If you would like one of our prints on a different color shirt, or on a different item in our shop then the print is shown, please send us a convo, and we are happy to do it for you.

Always compare your measurements to the size chart provided. We offer different styles of shirts, each with its own sizing. Please refer to the size chart photo in the listing's photo section. In the size chart, "body width" refers to the width of the shirt across the chest when it's laid flat—this measurement is half of your chest circumference, plus an additional 1-2 inches if you prefer a looser fit. "Full body length" refers to the length of the shirt from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem. Please note that sizing may vary within 1.5 inches of the listed measurements due to manufacturing variances. Additionally, sizes such as 2XL and XXL may be used interchangeably, as long as their measurements are comparable.

All clothing items are machine washable. To prolong the life of your print, wash & dry items inside out. We recommend washing in cold water to prevent shrinkage, and drying on low or medium heat in the dryer. Or, hang dry. All items are garment washed for minimal shrinkage. However, a very hot water wash and high heat drying may cause some shrinkage, or make prints fade slightly.

Order Processing Time and Shipping

Our items are individually made with love for each buyer. We strive to ship all items quickly, typically within 3-5 days. During high order volumes, please allow up to 14 business days. For international orders, shipping can take 10-30 business days. Please check estimated shipping times before purchase. Your order may arrive anytime within this range, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. Orders with different types of items, like clothing and household goods, will ship separately. The system provides one tracking number per order. Contact us for additional tracking info.

Please also be aware, we are unable to include gift messages with orders. As a result, if you send a gift to a separate address, you may want to notify the recipient that a package is on the way.

Cancellations and Returns

No returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our items, but please contact us with any problems. Double-check size, quantity, and shipping address before placing your order—we're not responsible for incorrect info provided by the customer. We're happy to replace items that arrive damaged, but cannot accept return requests for worn items or issues reported more than 30 days after delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival—we are not responsible for missing items or other issues reported more than 30 days after delivery. For safety, all communication must stay on Etsy.

Sizing, Fit, and Fabric Content Information

Any reference to the term "oversized" in our listings is subjective. We provide detailed sizing information so buyers can make an informed decision based on their desired fit, body type, and styling preference. For a true oversized look, many customers choose to size up—but we always recommend checking the size chart in the listing photos. Clothing Photos & Mockups

Colors may differ slightly in person than on a monitor or phone. Likewise, the placement of graphics may differ slightly than shown on our garment mockups.

Personalization Policy

We do not hold items pending personalizations. If a personalizable item is left blank, you will receive the item without personalization. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse personalization requests. We will cancel any orders that include personalized names, messages, or phrases that we deem inappropriate. At the moment, we’re not able to offer proofs of personalized designs prior to production.

SCALING OF SMALL & MEDIUM SIZE SHIRTS

To achieve a consistent visual outcome across all garment sizes, we automatically scale down the design for smaller apparel sizes. Small sizes will be scaled down to 68% and Medium Sizes will be scaled down to 84%. As a result, the shirt designs on Small and Medium Size shirts will appear smaller than those seen in our photo mock-ups.
