Gift wrapping and packaging

My order is a gift. What can you do to make it special? Giving a gift is never a small act - we believe it is a magical moment. Each of our ornaments, garlands, and tree toppers comes ready to gift in a lovely cotton pouch. You can also add a gift message at checkout. Our Signature Gift Boxes are also available for purchase.

How do you ship your products?

We ship within 1-3 business days via USPS. It takes ~2-5 days for US addresses, and ~7-10 days for international addresses. For international shipments, we cannot take charge of the customs fees, so they are NOT included in our shipping charges. You would be responsible for paying them in your home country. If you are worried about receiving your order in time, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method at checkout.

Our ornaments, garlands, and dolls can be spot-cleaned with warm water and a little bit of soap. If this doesn’t get the stain out, you can dunk the ornaments in cold water with some dishwashing liquid and scrub more intensively. Let air-dry. For storage, we recommend storing your ornaments in an airtight bag with some lavender or cedar wood chips. Wool is a natural fiber, and insects such as moths love to nibble their way into it. Custom and personalized orders

We are unable to customize individual ornaments. However, we love making large batch custom orders - and have developed ornaments for several events and brands. We'd love to work on your custom order. Our lead-time varies depending on the time of the year, but usually ranges from about 2-3 months for the first prototype and 2-3 months for production. If you would like a custom ornament in time for the holidays, we need to start the design process with you by February or March. If you are not in a rush, we'd love to work with you!

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your shipment is lost or stolen, we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we are not responsible for missing packages if the shipper can verify delivery to the shipping address.
