Instructions for Heat Press:
- MUST use heat press, iron does NOT work!
-Preheat the heat press to 330F
-Lay print on garment and cover with grease proof sheet
-Press for 20 seconds
-Let print and garment fully cool
-Peel film off
-Press 10 more sec
