I'm not naive enough to expect a true silk & wool scarf at this price. In fact, the seller clearly states in the fine print that it's polyester. What I did expect was better quality than found in airport gift shop $20 scarves. Alas, it was worse than that. The fabric was very loosely woven. The horse design was crudely rendered. Even worse, the design didn't go through to back of the scarf. It's a sickly pale color that destroys the look of the scarf if it isn't wrapped perfectly and pinned into place so it won't move. I can't comment on customer service since the item isn't returnable. Recommendation. Save your money and don't buy this item!
