What if I don't get my stuff?

Non-delivery of an Item I ship all of my items to the address provided and with tracking information. The tracking indicates the date the item was shipped, the progress of the delivery, and the date of delivery. If for some reason you have not received the item within 30 days of the shipping date, you must contact me. I will review the tracking information. If the item has not been delivered after 30 days, a refund will be processed.

Why is international shipping expensive?

In order to provide a smooth customer experience, I use international first class parcel shipping provided through Etsy. This type of shipping has tracking information so that the buyer and seller can see the progress of the order. While it is more expensive then a nontrackable shipping option, it provides peace of mind and security.
