Was meant to come with Royal Mail (was a bday gift) Royal Mail told me to contact Etsy & seller told me to contact courier, when I explained already I had they we’re ready to issue replacement item unfortunately I’ll be away and wouldn’t receive so I was then contacted by the seller and promised a full refund, cant comment on item quality but loved the idea and was excited to gift it.
