Slow stitching is a creative, mindfulness activity. It keeps your hands occupied and focuses the mind, as you allow your artistry and imagination to come to the fore.
It's so freeing and simple to do. Lay out or layer up your pieces in a pleasing arrangement - like a collage - and use your needle and thread to stitch together. Cut your fabrics however you wish to create your design.
You can produce something beautiful and unique to you, even if you have limited sewing experience, or haven't sewn since school.

Photo images show an example of what you can expect in your package. PATTERNS AND COLOURS MAY DIFFER, but will match the colours and theme of your pack.
The kit includes a printout with my top tips for slow stitching. These are not instructions as the beauty of slow stitching is that you can create whatever you like without ever getting it 'wrong'.

This kit is not intended for unsupervised children, although it is an ideal way to introduce hand sewing with supervision.
