• The darker the print the more stiff the feel, that gets softer with more washes
• If you have any irritation, a few washes usually resolves it

• EURO STYLE Scrub Cap with ELASTIC and a CORD LOCK in the back for a custom fit.
• Fabric is pre-washed to help maintain sizing
• Pattern placement can vary slightly.
• Different screens may show different coloring.
• Wash in cool water and hang dry, or dry on low heat to preserve color and avoid shrinkage. Iron on wrong side of fabric. Do not directly iron label.

SHIPPING:
All orders ship from Arlington Texas via USPS with tracking provided.

Once an order is marked Delivered by USPS to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled. I am not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If Your Package Shows “Delivered” but Is Missing

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, the following steps are required:
1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
2. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
3. Contact your local USPS office to request GPS delivery confirmation.
4. If USPS confirms correct delivery and theft is suspected, a police report is required as mail theft is a federal offense.

Upon receipt of official confirmation from USPS or a copy of a police report, I will review the claim and proceed with the appropriate resolution.

Important Notes
• I am unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered without USPS confirmation and a police report.
• Gift orders are subject to the same delivery policies.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
• The address must be correct for the Etsy buyer protection program.
• USPS occasionally experiences delays, and tracking may not update every day. At times, a package marked as “delivered” may arrive a few days later. USPS recommends waiting up to 7 days before requesting an investigation into the final GPS scan.
• Once a shipping label is created, the shipping address and delivery details cannot be changed.
